Service Description

Tap into joy with this energizing movement class designed for adults and seniors of all mobility levels! Using special tap boards, participants can create rhythms with their hands or feet — no experience needed. All supplies are provided, so just bring your enthusiasm and get ready to move, groove, and connect! Tuesdays 10:00-11:00am at BJCC, starting July 2025- Dec. 2025. There will be no class on November 11th. Class Dates:July 1, 15, 29, Aug 12, 26 Sept 9, 23, Oct 7, 21, Nov 4, 25, Dec 9 Classes are FREE and sponsored by Culture Blocks— a community partnership funded by Mecklenburg County. You may attend all classes or select classes that fit your schedule.
