Open Adult Beginner/Intermediate Ballet

Service Description

Ballet training provides a strong foundation for all dancers. Dancers will learn classical ballet technique and proper terminology. Ballet classes focus on combining strength, flexibility, coordination and excellent posture in all exercises. Dancers will gain discipline, attention to detail and grace through these classes. This class is for adults (and students ages 14+). A foundational ballet knowledge is recommended, but not required. Instructors will demonstrate all skills in this class. Wednesdays 5:30-6:30PM, starting October 8th 2025. Classes are held at our home studio location in Ballantyne. Registration closes midnight the night before class. $20/class or $50/3 classes or $100/7 classes
