Service Description

Build the strength and stability that will keep you performing at your best! This class focuses on exercises designed to improve core strength, flexibility, balance, and overall muscle endurance—helping dancers, ice skaters, cheerleaders, and other performance-focused athletes move with power and confidence. By developing strength safely and effectively, students will enhance performance skills, prevent injuries, and support longevity in their chosen art or sport. Perfect for young performers ready to take their training to the next level! Mondays 7:30-8:15 pm Students should be 7yrs old by August 1st 2025 to register for this class. This session runs October 13th- May 18th at our Ballantyne studio.

No refunds are offered for missed classes. Monthly payment plans require 30 days written notice to cancel. Please email info@ignitedanceproductions.com to make any changes to your monthly payments. Late pick-up fees will be billed separately from monthly tuition and will be automatically charged to your card on file.
