Community Nutcracker Performer

Service Description

Step into the magic of the holiday season with our Community Nutcracker for a Cause! This special production invites STUDENTS and ADULTS ages 5+ to take the stage in a heartwarming retelling of the classic Nutcracker story. Every participant will be cast in a role, bringing the characters to life through dance, movement, and theatrical storytelling. Participants will be cast in dancing roles (styles include ballet, contemporary, jazz, musical theater and tap). This experience includes: ✨ Weekly rehearsals (1x per week for 9 weeks) ✨ Beautiful costume(s) provided for the performance ✨Participants will also have the opportunity to rehearse at the performance venue immediately before the show to ensure they feel confident and stage-ready. Performance: December 19th at 1:30 PM and 3:30 PM, with an in studio dress- rehearsal on Dec 12th at 12:00PM 📅 Rehearsals begin the week of October 4th 📅 No rehearsals November 25th–November 29th 🎟 Tickets ARE FREE for this performance, but we will be accepting donations for Congregation for Kids, an organization that supports foster children and their families in Charlotte. Rehearsals will take place at 5107 Piper Station Dr Unit C2, Charlotte, NC 28277. Our performance will take place at the Levine Jewish Community Center- 5007 Providence Rd, Charlotte, NC 28226.
