Service Description
Tap into joy with this energizing movement class designed for adults and seniors of all mobility levels! Participants can create rhythms with their hands or feet — no experience needed. All supplies are provided, so just bring your enthusiasm and get ready to move, groove, and connect! Wednesdays 10:00-11:00am at BRTRC (these classes alternate with Cardio Drumming) 2026 Winter/ Spring Class Dates: June 10, 24 2026 Summer/ Fall Class Dates: July 8, 22, Aug 5, 19, Sept2, 16, 30, Oct 14, 28, Nov 18, Dec 2, 16 Classes are FREE and sponsored by Culture Blocks— a community partnership funded by Mecklenburg County. You may attend all classes or select classes that fit your schedule.
